Very disappointed
Liked: The room was actually nice!
Disliked: Roaches a good customer service investment would be to have a routine exterminator service the rooms to eliminate rodents. Happy and Satisfied guest is the best networking tool! Not commercials, ads, or media advertising! To actually experience good customer service, all avenues must be addressed. Good luck!

It was a decent place...
Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms had a lingering smell and the smell stuck to my clothes after I left. Most of the furniture and comforters had smoke burns even though we were in a non smoking room. The breakfast was juice, cereal, and some mini muffins.
