Disliked: The staff seemed very unhappy and unwilling to help. I called the desk to ask about possible delivery options - he told me he had a menu but would not tell me the types of food they served. Said I needed to come to the desk to view it myself.

Disliked: Very dirty, not what it looks like in the pictures, and we had to change rooms twice. Literally found half eaten pizza in one of our rooms.

I might sue them or the city of Greenville needs to do something and declare it as a drug dealers and prostitution sanctuary other than listing it as a hotel and make people mistakenly book it hoping for a comfortable say Place is a mess. There are dog poops in the room floors and smells really bad. U can’t even eat your food with that kind of nasty room 2. Place is a hotel for prostitutes and drug dealers. We often run into prostitutes or drug dealers around the elevators and room which comes with a lot of noise throughout the night and run into creepy dirty people in elevators and everywhere 3. They only do room service once in a week and the bathrooms doesn’t flush 4. The place smells like cigarettes and drugs and dog poops 5. Bed full of bedbugs. Now my whole body is itching. 6. Chairs , tables and drawers full of dust and carpet with stains
