Liked: The location was fine for what we were there to do.
Disliked: The bath tub was slippery and you felt you were going to fall. The water for the shower was cold to mildly warm. They did not make any attempt to clean or straighten out room the time we were there. The phone was not turned on for our use to make local calls and there was no phone book or information available to us. We were unable to use the luggage cart when we needed it, we were told that some other guest must have used it and failed to return to lobby. They offer no assistant to locate the cart. The air conditioner was noisy.

Disliked: The lobby bathroom on arrival was disgusting toilet backed up, no toilet paper, feces on the wall. Bedroom needed painting carpet had a hole in it.For some reason we were in a handicapped room. The sink and shower had restricted hot water just barely warm
