Because in large part of...

Liked: Mayia at the front desk was exceptional and she went above and beyond to make my trip an excellent stay. She was positive, professional, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. She made all the difference from it being an average stay to a great one and any company would I'm sure be appreciate of a high quality representative like Mayia.
Disliked: My key cards has to be reset a couple of times to get into my room.
