Liked: I had a reservation confirmed with booking. Arrived at hotel stating” It doesn’t matter, there are no rooms”. So cannot rate room because didnt actually stay but staff was rude and could not address my concerns.

Disliked: Hidden pet fees not shown in listing, which includes $20 per night plus a $100 deposit. Hotel also tried to tax the cost of the booked room a second time, adding $200 to the overall cost for staying a week.Person at the desk asked to see the room cost per night, which had changed since the day the room was booked and the receipt only showed the total amount. Took my phone and scrolled through the email, tapping and scrolling where I couldn't see the screen which was a bit offputting. Room was only just passably clean. Towels were stained. Odd musty smell throughout. Refrigerator had random spare parts in the bottom. Door has a large gap. Bathroom and towels were too dirty to risk using. It's worth noting that many of the best reviews are listed under the same last name as the owner, which seems a little suspicious.Front desk was rarely manned. No one responds to the call buttons. Overall unless you're reaaaalllyy on a budget, I'd skip this place and look for something nicer. This was the best price we could get last-minute, but be prepared to have to negotiate the price back down to whatever you originally agreed when booking the room.

Liked: I was dead tired didn't want to take the risk and continue to drove that the only hotel that showd I'm that area , The team was nice but 0 in customer service Experience, , or even reading Reservation ,
Disliked: Breakfast was a joke , shower molded , we ordered room with 2 quin bed we got 1 bed in the room . Very small pillows , Mattress you can feel every spring in your back . I came to restca fter 11 house of driving that was not that at all.
