Stealing from a Military Family

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I was charged for 3 nights for 2 rooms in full upon check-in when we only stayed 1 night with 2 rooms, and the manager is giving us the runaround! Booking shows 1 night stay, and I have a receipt for 1 night. I am still waiting for my credit card to be refunded for the 2 nights. We have returned to the hotel (2 hour drive) for our refund and got nothing but talk in circles. This trip was to see our son graduate from Navy boot camp. Didn't have any issues when our oldest graduated from Fort Benning! Is this how this hotel treats Military families? If so...stay away!

Liked: The got me because of the Wyndham name. This is a very old property. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: They have very thin mattress that lays on medal bed frame that goes down to the floor. When you move around in bed at night the metal pops. When you walk up to close to the side of the bed the you will kick the metal.

5 Star stay for us

Liked: Days Inn is in a Great location, the building was clean, our room was clean, the staff is amazing. There is a McDonald's next door and a subway. Navy base is 1.4 miles away. They offer shuttle service for families attending the Navy graduation.
Disliked: The breakfast could be better. Maybe add bacon or sausage to the breakfast bar, and add hot sauce.
