DISGUSTING

Liked: I liked that I was able to see my son graduate from Navy boot camp.
Disliked: The entire experience. This is a dump not a hotel! No clean linen, holes in the blankets, key card deactivated and there was no evening staff at the front desk! Who leaves the hotel unattended?? The manager has zero customer service skills He had his parents behind the counter with him this hotel is a dump no one should ever stay here. The hot water wasn’t hot, no one came to clean the room and we were there for 2 nights. DISGUSTING! We had to use our hotspot for WIFI. This place should be closed down

Disliked: The room was dirty. I did not even take a shower in the room
