Disliked: The tv didn’t work. The phone didn’t work to be able to contact the front desk. Was later in the evening I was on the second floor and didn’t want to walk back down to the office

Nick owners and front desk...

Liked: Liked At first before finding out the scam Nick at the front was doing....don't bring anything up that they are doing wrong mind you I was in town for a close funeral of my 1st cousin who passed unexpectedly at 40 yrs old.
Disliked: It all started with when I would give my dirty towels and asked for clean ones I was never brought back. If u asked them to do their job they would roll their eyes and make fun of u for asking what they are supposed to do as hotel owners then I was caught off guard by letting them know I locked my card due to charges on my CC that were hours into the night after I paid all dues in full hours prior....then upon check out after I paid roughly $80 a night for 2 weeks when I would book for $65 through booking. i noticed I was being charged misc charges to my credit card to where I would lock my card after paying and them still trying to charge for no reason other than they told me it was declined nevermind the reason. I asked what they were for and stated that if I paid in full before 11am through booking why did they add charges for no reason they had no explanation. Other than the look that they were caught. Not to mention they handed my cash deposit over to a person while I was still checked in with 5 days still yet to be saved. Was never given my portfolio of accurate charges and dates. He was not registered to the room period. and who was asked to leave by me for that same reason. Also when asked if I could obtain my money I over paid. I was made fun of by the front desk person named Nick who insulted me by asking how well I knew math. Cause my calculations from booking didn't match their ledger. After I asked why they charged my last night twice and asked for what they deemed as a credit in my account due they said it would get paid to booking com in which they stated I was to never book there again and then Nick told me to leave the property or they would call the cops. All for recognizing them using my card for personal purchases and labeling them as days inn. To where I had to lock my card after paying to avoid them using it for extra money for personal gain.

Liked: The staff were friendly and they always had fresh coffee for early risers.
Disliked: Floor of room was very dirty,,the beds were not made well,( whoever changed the sheets didn't know how to make a correct bed),we had to ask for clean towels at the front desk and asked to get someone to empty the trash was told to just set it outside so no regular room maintenance. The floor was the worst,couldn't walk around room without shoes cause your feet would be black. Tv required constant visits from front staff to get channels on or get tv to restart
