We walked in and nearly...

Liked: The staff refunded our money.
Disliked: The hotel is an absolute pigsty. Every surface is dirty, the beds and furnishings are filthy

Good value, quiet, comfortable, good...

Liked: Quiet location, comfortable bed, good variety of breakfast options, including waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy.
Disliked: Could have used a bell at the front desk to reach staff when no one was there.
