Disliked: Had an accident in the parking lot and you had cameras there but your receptionist was rude and didn't provide me with the footage despite me calling him multiple times and giving him my email etc

Liked: Honestly the quality of our room for the price point made this stay worth it. The property itself is pretty run down but our room was clean and comfortable. My two biggest issues were the gap under our door that let a lot of the outside noise into our room and the fact that the shower was cracked and falling apart. I would consider staying here again if I was ever in the area for another brief visit.

Liked: The staff was rude and unhelpful, assisting us with clear reluctance and an unfriendly attitude. When I asked about a charge that had already been made to my card, I was told it was just a pre-authorization — without any proper explanation and in a tone that implied I was bothering them.The door to our room wouldn’t open; it was jammed.The lamp had a loose bulb.We found a cockroach in the shower.They didn’t provide enough towels for the number of guests.To make things worse, four steel bars stick out from the beds — a serious safety hazard. We actually bumped into them multiple times.In the morning, we had zero privacy. After opening the window curtain, cleaning staff looked into our room twice to check if we had left. Once might be understandable, but twice is invasive and unacceptable.To top it all off, during checkout, the staff didn’t even greet us. As for breakfast, it was terrible — poor quality, bland, no variety. We didn’t even eat. We tried serving ourselves coffee but ended up throwing it away because it was basically water.I will absolutely never return, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
