Liked: the first lady (older lady) i talked with was not friendly. we were about 15 mins early before check in time and told us we had to wait till after 3. I had also requested non smoking room and she wanted to charge me $15 extra to redo it. the man that checked me in was very nice and told me if I didn't want a smoking room he would change it. I told him I didn't want to pay to change it he said no problem he was not going to charge me to change it.
Disliked: no breakfast even grab and go and coffee was horrible

Liked: good location when traveling out.the beds are comfortable
Disliked: bad smell in the room a dirty and no breakfast, hust coffee

Liked: The bed was comfy
Disliked: The breakfast was pitiful. The guy on reception, unwelcoming and sullen. There was a fire alarm in the night and not instructions or help offered. We had to ask for toilet roll and get the coffee maker cleaned.

Disliked: I wasn't able to check in because I didn't have the 100 dollars deposit so I lost 100.00 dollars an that hurts. For I work hard for my money all the time.
