But it was very nice...

Liked: Convenient right off the freeway
Disliked: The chair they had by the desk. It went all the way back, and you almost fell when you sit in it. Also, the faucet was leaking.

Nice clean remodeled hotel and...

Liked: Clean remodeled rooms and friendly staff
Disliked: No phone in the room and tv cable was not working. Staff has to come to the room to get The direct tv to connect. We advised the phone had no phone cord. He gave me a cell number to call if we needed further assistance .

Not even 24hr

Liked: Its a very good location it is close to food and gas
Disliked: Check in is at 3pm and now check out is at 11am why?? Are we paying over $100 for not even 24hr stay which is why we get a room.

Won’t stay there again. Just...

Disliked: Had to climb stairs outside in the cold. Rude guy at desk put us 70+ yrs old on 2nd floor when there wasn’t any cars in parking lot at 9:30 pm. I also had blood stains on sheets in the bed.
