Disliked: I was placed on the second floor after specifically requesting the first floor. The lady at the front, apparently the owner, said they had no availability on the first floor as they were booked. As I entered the assigned room, there was a very pungent smell. I called the front desk to inform them and the lady said she would have housekeeping reclaim it. I informed her a separate cleaning would not get the smell out as it was a very defined permanent smell. They did move me to a different room but was still on the 2nd floor. I was the only car in the parking lot the entire day and night.Later that evening, I went to the front desk to inform them the ice machine was busted and leaking. I could not call from my room because the phone was not working. Summerize..1. The front desk lied about availability and made it inconvenient forcing multiple trips to the second floor; Plus the inconvenience of walking my pet.2. The rooms had a very nasty odor. 3. No ice available4. The phone and several outlets were not working.I will NEVER stay here again.
