Disliked: Breakfast was also good.

Liked: Very little, there is an in and out next door.
Disliked: The room, the shower, the door, the beds, the hygiene, the pillows, the breakfast, the vagrants and vagabonds outside, the trucks, the smell, the broken toilet, having to change room.

Liked: The staff was all very nice, friendly, and helpful. The property is in need of many updates and repairs both inside the room and exterior of the building. My room door did not properly close making it not feel safe. Both the entry door and the bathroom door was chipped in many places making it look really bad, as well as small repairs like would make the room appear more presentable like filling homes paint etc. also flooring and bedding was old, dingy and need of replacement
Disliked: Overall appearance of the property. As well as the buns going through garbage outside in garbage bins in back of the property

Liked: Bad smells in the room. Lights are broken. No internet. Doors are unsecured. Very very very bad.
Disliked: I did not like anything. Dirty place to leave.

Something needs to be changed...

Liked: The staff were plesent and polite. The property was clean.
Disliked: There were too many homeless around. They were noisy the whole night and disturbing the peace. My family and I didn’t get any sleep. We were also next to the janitors closet and the machine they had in there was on the entire night.
