Liked: They kept my 100.00 deposit for a smoking room for a little bit of blood that accidentally got on the bed. (I had an accident, I wasn’t expecting it to happen that night and I was sleeping!!)

Liked: I checked in late the front desk never said anything about a deposit until after swiping my card for the payment. Then he looks up and said now I’m gonna charge a hold for 100$. I was given a room key and once in the room it was very nasty. If it wasn’t so late I would have left then. The pictures must be there best room. It was holes in the wall the bedding needed to be serviced. I checked out the next morning early called booking and had my reservation altered but still was charged for the entire stay. I called and was given the run around by staff. Very unpleasant customer service and management team is never at location to speak with. Received I receipt for one price but payed so much more! It’s been almost a month and I’m still waiting for my refund. Have booked with this site so many times and this was the first hotel that was this bad. I don’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
