Poor

Disliked: Our reservation was canceled at first. Then we weren’t given the correct room we were given a single bed when double bed was asked for. Our key didn’t work. We were never given one that worked. We had family helping us unpack our vehicle who also had there own room and were accused of having more people in our room then was booked. It was very unprofessional and we have stayed there many times over the last couple of years. We travel to Franklin frequently and will probably never book with them again.

Cheap

Liked: Ground floor room. Clean enough but was dated and stale smelling. But it was cheap.
Disliked: Staff tried to rush me out that morning. Check out was 11am, but they kept checking to see if i was leaving, even called at 10:30 with a courtesy call. Facility was not crowded at all. Still, they put me in the farthest corner, which was closest to the next door truck stop. There was a tire that blew and sounded like a gunshot at one point.
