Disliked: This was a messy, unorganized, dirty hotel. Not American owned & operated & after this experience we will only stay at American owned hotels.

Liked: Most of the staff was nice except hotel employee
Disliked: I had a bad experience with a staff member she was very rude. I made a reservation at 10:03 am and it somehow got canceled I paid --- and some change for that reservation but hotel employee at the front desk charged me 100 after saying she would pricematch
