Horrible place

Disliked: Everything was terrible. The room was disgusting with blood on the shower curtain. The room next door had drug deals all night long going on. Never will I stay again. I only stayed one night checked in at 10 pm and out at 9am.

Disliked: This was the absolute nastiest hotel! It started with no shower curtain and a non working phone. The maintenance man brought a shower curtain and when he "looked" at the phone said, no dial tone. Well duh that's what I said, so no phone in the room. The floor was nasty!!! I've got pics to show exactly the flunk. My 73 year old mom was using the bathroom when water started pouring out the vent from the room above us!!! We had to call the fire department to help my mom out of the bathroom. The fireman said that the ceiling was very soft so this has been an unresolved issue on your part!!! The maintenance man yet again when he saw it said, it's from them taking a shower upstairs. Like this is acceptable and that it's supposed to happen. I told the front desk and I said the manager needed to call me. Still no call. Thank God your disgusting hotel didn't cause physical hurt, think of that ceiling falling!
