Disliked: We arrived 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids. We are (based on experience) writing that we are 4 and we need 4 bed sheets and 4 towels sets. No towels sets available at 8:00 pm. Only in the morning. Thanks!Noisy, quite unclean. With kids we were the most calm.Administration / registration process took long, we never understand for online reservation why you need to fill out a form of your data which are in the system already?It took 2.5 minutes to find our reservation. My name is quite unique, so hard to believe that you have 5 reservations in same hotel for same name.No real support, personnel busy, whatever.They are deducting 100 USD for damages, but: not provided full set of towels, safe was damaged, breakfast is junk. Sorry for the personnel to work in this conditions. But they should be also more friendly....

Liked: Good experience for the cost. Breakfast was decent. Beds were clean and comfortable. Nice staff

Disliked: We where promised a pool and there was an issue and it was dirty and closed

Liked: Nice staff and comfortable mattress.
Disliked: Air conditioner barely kept the room cool. Ceiling in the shower was falling apart and there was little water pressure. Room had no do not disturb sign and none could be found on property. Overall state of the property was in bad ne for an update and refurbishment.

Disliked: No hot water!! Luke warm water at best. No phone, no comforters, no ice machine working. Missing headboard for the bed.

Liked: Just about everything was out of order ice machine, elevator’ juice machine in lobby .Low water pressure towels were stained
