Dirty do NOT recommend

Liked: Although the staff were kind, the place was horrific and there was nothing positive about it.
Disliked: The property was disgusting and not at all like it is pictured. It is run down and full of roaches and mouse droppings. There were gun shots outside the hotel. We refused to stay and booked elsewhere.

Disliked: I stayed at the days in most every weekend and I usually in the same rooms/rooms I report things like lights not working and when I return on next stay the same issues are still issues. I know there was a fire there and they state they offer a restaurant and there is none they state there is a pool and the pool has not in able to be used in months you pay for these so you have use of them and they are not available.

Overall I would not stay...

Liked: The location is the best part of this hotel.
Disliked: Requested a lower floor handicap room. Was put in a regular room on the 5th floor (out of 5 floors). Door to the room had to be forced closed. We would leave for the day and when we arrived back we had to go get our keys reprogrammed. We were told it was our fault. The phone in the room did not work. On our last day there they did not service the room and we had to request towels 3 times.

Lots of concerns

Liked: Some of the staff were nice.
Disliked: I don't normally write reviews because I tend to book budget friendly hotels . I usually know what I'm getting myself into . But this wasn't all that cheap and there's just too much going on for me not to say something for the next person to know . It looked to me like people were living there. People were sitting in the stairways for long periods of time. I prayed every time I had to use the ĺelevator that it was going to make it to the next floor. They had a makeshift office. I asked about the restaurant. They said they did not have one. When I asked why they advertised as having one, they said that it had burnt down. So I walked to a nearby gas station, which I would have only done in the daytime. The grounds were covered with litter . The cable did not work. The bathroom fan made a very loud broken sound. Lots of road noise, cars, sirens and a train. I had to call three times for the shuttle to pick me up at Airport. When I checked in I reserved a shuttle for the next morning. When I checked out they had no shuttle. But like I mentioned before some of the staff were very nice and they actually paid for an Uber.
