Liked: when I told the front desk I had a service dog, with which they did not allow pets, Not one single complaint. Filled out the proper paperwork for her, and I was able to take her to my room. I'm fairly new to the service animal thing. So I'm very pleased with there acceptance of her.
Disliked: they're using the swimming pool area for storage of beds. Are they Old or New? They very well could have put the old back into the bag that the new ones came in. We don't know. Also, there were no light bulbs in the lamp on the table.

Liked: Staff was excellent! Room was very clean.
Disliked: Mattress a little worn and I kept rolling into the depression/hole in the mattress.

Disliked: Noisy...got zero sleep and had to leave and sleep in my truck around midnite....manager was belligerent and refused to refund ...
