Liked: I really appreciated how friendly the staff were and the cleanliness of the whole environment. I felt very comfortable in our room and was extremely satisfied with the way things appeared to be .
Disliked: I can absolutely say there was not a thing that I could complain about .

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything rooms were dirty, no elevator, broken carts to haul luggage, stains on the bed, floor was dirty, ac unit made a constant loud noise. Management and faculty were kind at the beginning but when we brought up issues they got upset and were rude.

Disliked: Travel crib was very old squeaky, bad mattress and woke the baby when he rolled and moved.
