Liked: The employees were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The shower in our room was broken and our heater/air condirioner was covered in dirt and dust and the settings were written in sharpie.

I froze the entire night.

Liked: Checking out, size of the bed, water pressure looked freshly painted, smelled clean,
Disliked: Very dark off of the highway, no elevator, set up in the room didn't make sense, it was freezing in the room and it was a suite. no coffee in the room

Horrible horrible

Liked: Roaches all over the room. Weird smell in the room. Would not go back ever. Would rather stay in my car. I didn’t even bring anything in after I saw the bugs.

Never again will we stay...

Liked: Nothing, it was terrible
Disliked: Everything. The towels were awful, thin, small, like straw & stained. Bathroom had stains, stairwell was dirty. Parking lot wasn't plowed. Pillows were flat little squares. We only stayed because it was late at night & we were tired of driving all day.
