Liked: I did not like the fact that I was placed in a room that had no heat. The only thing that they would accommodate me with was an electric heater in which I had to keep checking to make sure that he did not catch fire. Not to mention that when i plugged in the heater, the piwer went off, and I was without power for 10 minutes. I have never stayed in a hotel such as this. What hotel that you know of that do this type of accommodation, and for the staff to tell me that.Unfortunately, that was the situation, and they could not do anything about it until maintenance arrived the next day.Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Also, when I went to check out.I waited 30 minutes for a staff member to come to the front desk to check me out along with several other customers, and all he could say was he was busy. Amir should not be managing anything. I would never stay at this hotel again

Disliked: We had no blow dryer we couldn’t use bathroom or take a shower due to no water that was not good at all I was very upset

Disliked: Stained sheets Room cleaned once in 4 nights, 5 daysBreakfast was never refilled.Fresh towels never given. Had to ask for them.
