Disliked: We arrived late/very early (2am), so we checked in, got to our room, turned the a/c on, and went straight to bed. At 6am, we were awoken to the police knocking on the door. Turns out 17 cars were broken into during the night ours being one of them. At this point, I went to go to the restroom before meeting the officer downstairs. When I opened the lid to the toilet, there was feces and paper in the toilet. I tried to flush it and discovered it would not flush. At this point, I also realized the ac was not working and just blowing warm air. I then discovered the refrigerator and microwave did not work either. We were not offered a discount or refund. We were given 2 towels to take with us since our truck window was broken and it was raining. I'm very disappointed. Will not recommend it to anyone.

Disliked: Hot water while taking a shower kept going cold for about 30 seconds, then back hot again for 1 or 2 minutes, then back cold.

Liked: The staff were the best! The room was very clean and quiet and well stocked. The breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The shower valve was very hard to pull out to turn on, and the shower water temperature kept changing from very cold to very hot.

Front desk clerks were real...

Disliked: Heard noise from highway in room and didn’t like having an adjoining room. Could hear everything in next room
