Our stay was absolutely fantastic

Disliked: The bed was not a queen size. Im 4’11 and my boyfriend is 6’1 the room we stayed in had a full size bed. Not ok but we made it work

Liked: The ONLY positive thing about this place was the location: close to Tarrytown and Hudson etc.
Disliked: • Felt unsafe with all the unsavory undesirable hotel ’guests’.• this Days Inn is WAY OVERPRICED !!!• I asked for a room at the bottom floor, and reception/staff didn’t even try to accommodate me !!!Rudeness to extreme levels —. It was as if they had this vendetta towards me because I am not the usual guests (meaning the unsavory type) they're used to welcome to this hotel !• Staff at Reception along with Booking.com gave me a very hard time with adjusting my bill, and refunding my money when I shortened my stay !!! HOTEL Business or any business for that matter, the CUSTOMER is ALWAYS RIGHT — and the staff has no right to go in an empty ‘ego trip’ —.

Liked: The amenities was clean and accessible, knowledgeable staff, efficient and effective and very courteous staff.One staff stood out for us Mr Henry at the front desk he was very polite, had outstanding mannerism and he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my family and I were comfortable. He was this way with all other guest.You could tell that he is amazing at his job and love what he does.
Disliked: The dog poo that guest didn’t clean. Please clean up after your dogs if you’re reading this :-)

I would recommend Days Inn...

Liked: Everything was just right about the property.Friendly staff, They provided Breakfast, effectiveness and communication between customer and staff was on point. Staff made you feel like you’re home away from Home. Henry was the best, He goes above and beyond for all guests.

Too much paid for far...

Liked: I thought the price was fair when I booked, but I think it was about 25-30% too high given the low quality of the accommodations.
Disliked: I felt like I was in a time warp: a 1960s structure with a 1990s interior -- substandard plumbing, TV didn't work, A/C unit was noisy but didn't cool the room, and the door looked like it had been broken in more than once. The sink was streaked with some peculiar clear-ish gel that did not look like it was soap-based.
