Liked: The front desk was very warm.
Disliked: The bed wasn't comfortable. I paid for a queen but got a full size. With no return of my money.

Liked: It was clean and affordable.
Disliked: My room was tiny and had poor lighting, and the heat was erratic and noisy, but adequate once the room warmed up.
