There were some minor disappointments,...

Liked: Price and location were right for me. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: The swimming area was not well kept, and the water was cold in the pool. The breakfast was minimal and disappointing. There was no juice no meat or eggs, And I had to get help To find any milk for the cereal. Also, the upper lock did not really seem secure-Didn’t seem like it would catch The way it should when the door is opened.

Disliked: Shower was luke warm, room was a tad run down, saw a note on the counter that had the word bed bugs on it. Elevator was sketchy

Liked: Felt safe. Bed very comfy. Check in person was friendly. Bathroom clean
Disliked: Breakfast variety was not too good. Juice machine was broken. Coffee ran out. No fruit. Carpet in room had many stains. There was heavy dust all around perimeter of room and behind furniture . Air conditioner did not work well. Extra door lock was broken. Fridge door was almost off. Toilet paper holder was broken and TP just sitting on vanity.

Liked: Location was good. Staff was accommodating. Appreciate the hotel being pet friendly.
Disliked: One of the pillows didn't have a pillowcase. Only one bar of soap for the bathroom and shower. Breakfast was okay but could have been better. Apple juice was like syrup and orange juice was thick and didn't look right. Remote did not turn TV on or off, only changed channels.
