It suits the purpose but is so run down and in desperate need of an upgrade to at least 1990's.
Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Smelled really strange; not enough outlets; badly needs repairs and paint; super cold; street light right outside our window; elevator can only hold 5 people at a time; poor parking.

The hotel was clean, quiet,...
Liked: The staff were all very friendly. Location second to none. We were a 15min walk to Roger’s place. Tons of restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: Honestly, it’s not even the hotel’s fault. But, because of it being located in downtown Edmonton (which is where you want to be for amenities within walking distance), there were a lot of homeless people. No one bothered us while we were walking, it is just somewhat unsettling.
