Liked: The breakfast was great. It had both hot and cold food. The location is right across from the Miller Hill Mall. There are many restaurants close by plus a Target, Walmart and Kohl’s within a mile. The staff was very accommodating. I needed extra towels and they got them right away. Check-in and check-out are online so it took no time at the hotel.
Disliked: Three of us stayed in the suite. There were only 3 towels and my daughter used two; one for her body and one for her hair. I asked for more and received them but with two queen beds, I would think you would have 4 towels.

Overall nice place.

Liked: Check-in evening staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Lots of noise outside of room.

Liked: 8:00 pm cookies, coffee, and milk served .Room fit our needs. King and 2 queens. King in separate room.Had a list of recommended places to eat.Breakfast was good.Beds comfortable.
Disliked: When I called about a bag left behind with sweatshirt and maple syrup from Grand Maria’s, phone calls were not friendly and they told me not turned in.

Liked: This is a really good hotel. Great location, great breakfast, great staff, nice pool & hot tub, fairly clean, and beds are average for comfort. It was very high priced, though :(
Disliked: The price. I admit that I booked rather close to our stay and the Duluth area is always very busy... but I felt very taken advantage of paying over $400 for a room that shouldn't cost more the $200.
