Liked: This is the second time I have stayed here and I plan on staying here every time I visit Dubuque. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are roomy and comfy and the breakfast is good. Hot coffee is a big plus.

Liked: Very nice location, friendly staff, great rate, and the room was very clean. Only thing I’d say is that the mattress was quite uncomfortable, I’d liken it to when sleeping on the ground while camping in a sleeping bag. Other than that, had a great time.
