We will not stay here again!

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Paid for a suite and was given a regular king room. The old man at the desk acted like he couldn't hear. And when we were checking out the young guy acted like he didn't want to be bothered. It also took him about 10 minutes to get back to the front desk. There is no bell to let them know that someone is waiting on them. Not to mention the young man checked our room after we left like we stole something. And another bad thing is not too many places will deliver food.

bad communication

Liked: woke up at 9am and vacated the room at 11am- did not participate in breakfast
Disliked: The room deposit was unnecessary and not communicated up front. The staff kept trying to tell me I had booked a smoking room - when my confirmation email clearly stated non-smoking room.
