Liked: I didn’t like nothing about the room, it was VERY filthy! … towels were ripped dirty, the room has bugs…. The sheets were also dirty, I spoke to Elisa Martinez the General Manager, and all she said ok… with a really bad attitude .. I took the towels and showed her, and all she said Ok!!!! Very uncomfortable!!! I took pictures of the towels and the bugs … I got there at 9:30 pm I was tired and just wanted to rest… but it was very unpleasant… I really want a refund of my money.. I’m going to report this and send all the pictures of the dirty nasty hotel…

Disliked: Lady in the front desk very very rude, no manners at all for checking in and outcontinental breakfast was just coffee and honey bun for our 4 day stay, wow that's not considered continental breakfast at all in any other hotelsplease do not advertise continental breakfast if just coffee and bread

Disliked: It’s out dated the room had a strong scent and some appliances were damaged.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The staff I encountered upon arrival seemed as if they were preoccupied. They were not necessarily unfriendly, but they definitely were not making any efforts to be friendly. I also noticed a large stain on the sofa in the room that emitted a smell of old urine on close inspection. Had I not been so wiped out from traveling, I would have left.
