The hotel room was not clean. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. It's like there was absolutely no attempt at cleaning any surface in the whole space. The refrigerator did not work. The door to the room did not close properly (had to press hard on door to latch) which is unacceptable. There is still serious doubt as to whether the sheets were clean.

Liked: There is nothing good to note about this hotel.

Room smelt of marijuana. Staff was very rude about it. Did not stay.

Disliked: 1. I was given a room key to a still occupied room 2. My TV didn't work 3. The A/C did not work properly 4. The alarm sounded off 4 times on the first day of my stay 5. The personnel at the desk was not friendly 6. The elevator broke down - which is OK, I needed the exercise. I am 65 years old, travel all the time on business and have never had such a lousy hotel experience. I have never written a review before. I am not a complainer, I am very tolerant, but since you sent me the questionnaire, I decided to respond. This hotel is an embarrassment to the company.

Wall paper in bathroom peeling and very dirty; "something" dripping on back of door; no cover on filthy boxspring; nightstands had years of grime; caution tape all around building; an all around shady place.

Liked: Close to venue; shower had good pressure; close to many restaurants.
Disliked: Pretty much everything else.

Poor cleaning skills. Bottom sheet on bed had a dirty shoe imprint on it. I found garbage, food, and empty beer bottles under my bed. Stains all over bedding.

Liked: Helpful staff.
Disliked: Dirty room. Loud tenants in rooms next to me.
