Not worth the cheap price or proximity to downtown.

Disliked: Scary! I was accosted by several unsavory men outside. Heard screaming in the room down the hall. Only one outlet in the whole room worked. Tiny bathroom, broken lamp. Homeless man got stabbed in gas station across the street - sirens!

Liked: Good value, clean rooms, breakfast was included, near many bars, restaurants, and shops. I was expecting worse, but it was actually ok.
Disliked: Breakfast was pretty basic but adequate. Staff weren't rude but weren't friendly. They did what they needed to do. I'd describe the area as a rough diamond.

Liked: The receptionist was great , she was poised under presser and professional. The hotel was clean and severed it’s purpose.
Disliked: The construction and the people further Down the street .

Disappointing

Liked: The location was good for reaching our event. The staff was helpful.
Disliked: The lobby is old and furniture worn and dirty. The parking is a huge issue, very limited and we had to pay extra for parking. The road is under construction and difficult to drive through. The room is very basic, was clean just old, caulk cracked around sink and base of tub. No microwave. Will definitely not recommend or return
