Disliked: falling apart property. dirty sidewalks. broken unsafe stairways. hot tub closed. gym not opened. toilet ran constantly. pics were not current pics of hotel.

Room smelled of smoke and...

Disliked: The room smelled horrible of smoke which we notified the fron desk right away, they did not care. I paid for a room with 2 Queens, it Definitely was not 2 Queens. We had to park in handicap ♿️ because there was no parking. No wifi was offered. The bath tub was broken. I could go on. It was just not a good experience. The room smelling horrible and giving me a headache and then making my clothes smell was the worse.

Liked: The room was under construction obviously there was no bathroom door just some broken sliding plastic thing , no privacy for the bathroom the hair dryer was not attached to the wall.
Disliked: The lobby smelled horrible when I arrived it took literally 30 minutes to get checked in.

Given other choices, the Bates...

Liked: The breakfast lacked variety. Flavorless waffles with watered down syrup, stale cereal from dispensers or yogurt. Milk offered for kids was war and this is all at 6 am when the so called breakfast times opened
Disliked: Entire building is run down. I have seen motel6’s in better shape. The bathrooms are extremely small. So small that you can hardly sit on toilet to take care of business. Doors are all scratched up from guessing pets that tried to get out while owners were out site seeing. Carpet had so many stains it was hard to tell exactly what color it was supposed to be. Furniture also severely stained, so much so the we were afraid to touch it from fear of what residue may still be there. Some kind of residue ground into the carpet that was still very chunky. Don’t think housekeeping even tried to remove it.
