Disliked: Water leak in the bathroom. Got locked out of the room. Curtain locked the latch. Breakfast was advertised, but the cereal had no milk. Only waffles were available. Only water in the fridge for drinks. Juice machines unstocked.

Disliked: Dirty dirty dirt staff were rude there were raccoons surrounding the room you couldn’t even walk out the door microwave didn’t work they never gave another one it was sooooooo much both rooms the beds were nasty nasty

Liked: The location of this property was great.
Disliked: It was disgusting! I dealt with the dirtiness for the first couple days.. but then killed 3 roaches over night.. one giant flying one and two little German roaches.. I told the front desk attendant -Nikita about my situation with the roaches as well as showing her a photo of the towel that I put on the floor to stand on that was black and dingy from simply putting it on the floor..but she was rude and less than helpful when I asked if I could check out a day early she replied with a solid No because I booked they a 3rd party. So I politely said ok and walked outside to my truck assuming Booking.com would be able to help me since I booked thru them and Nikita said it was because of the 3rd party that I couldn’t get my refund. So Eric from Booking.com said he would call the hotel and see if they would be willing to release me from the final night to which he came back on the phone and said he spoke with Nikita as well and she told him that she was not going to release me if the final night and issue a credit. So I left the property and went back home. I also included a couple photos.. one was where I smashed the giant roach on the wall with my shoe in the bathroom and the other photo is of a white towel that I was standing on in front of the sink that was now black.

Liked: I REALLY wanted to give y'all NO stars but thanks to the young lady that checked us in (Kat) she helped y'all with the 2 stars because she was so polite and waived the deposit (she already knew y'all didn't deserve it 😒). I don't know who hired these people to run the establishment but they don't give a DAMN about it for the most part. In the morning there's this homeless guy that just walks in and gets like 6-10 bagels (he counted them), throws them in a tote bag saying they're to feed all his kids, makes himself breakfast and sits down and eats before he gets up and leaves with whatever else he can grab to throw in his little bag. The room has hair all around it. Give these people vacuums so they can clean the loose stuff in the rooms properly. You can tell they constantly use the same nasty towels over and over because there was hair all in the fridge and microwave 🤢. The tub didn't drain properly and then at some point the toilet didn't flush right either. When I went to get a plunger the girl up front had one handy expecting SOMEONE at some point...smh...outside of that I can't say the beds were nasty and we didn't see not 1 bug inside the room so that was good. I paid an extra $40 to checkout at 3pm because I knew we were going to the movies and wouldn't be back until like 2:30....right after 2 I got a notification that they charged me $71! So I called and was told "my bad it was a mistake".....your system didn't tell you I was a 3pm checkout? How absurd is that?!? What annoys me the most is you pay your money and the people working there treat you as if you owe THEM something for coming there. Despite the bad reviews I STILL came there. Show some respect and if all you're showing up for is a check you should consider not messing up someone else's establishment! I won't be back thank God! Also if you go there take video before you leave because who knows what they'll try
