Disliked: We arrived on the 21 of December to visit family. When we walked into our room, we looked around the room to make sure everything was clean. The bed had tiny hairs, and the entertainment center was sticky. I tried to give them the benifit of the doubt, but when my husband started the spa tub, it was dirty and dusty. We read a sticker on the mirror that said, "To help save on water and utilities housekeeping will only be done every third day of your stay" well we didn't get serviced on the 3rd day of being there we were to tired to complain so we let it go we left on the 25th Christmas Day, my husband went to check out of the room and he told the front desk and all they said was we will just have to have a little talk with them. Didn't offer a discount or an apology, nothing. Then I noticed I was missing my medicine container. When we got home, I called them and asked if they found it in the room when housekeeping cleaned. The front desk took my name and number down and said they would call me back, and they never did.

Nice place for a short...

Liked: Location is near everything you would need. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Rooms need updating and better maintenance.
