I'll stay at any hotel but Days Inn from now on if this is the kind of people they hire.

Disliked: Booked a 3 bedroom, got a 2 - phoned the front desk and they told me it wasn't their fault. I went into the wrong room, but they told me 214 and my key said 214. They wouldn't accept responsibility at all - I had to sleep on the floor for a room I paid for 3 months in advance. Not impressed at all.

Liked: The room was super clean, comfortable beds, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Zero issues. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Liked: BEST THING EVER! the morning I checked out I was just getting in to start my car and clear off the 8 inches of snow when a man who works at the hotel (David, i found this out later, unplugged my car for me and THEN asked if I had a brush. I handed him the brush and he got all the snow off my car for WITHOUT BEING ASKED and with a smile! WOW was that ever great and made for a nice end to hotel stay.
Disliked: asked desk clerk a couple of questions upon check in didn't know if pop machine took coins or debit card and then didn't know if there was coffee in room as she had never been in rooms-would be great if she had that info
