Disappointing
Liked: The continental breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The hot tub was over bleached to the point of causing an allergic reaction. The whole room smelled like bleach. Clean is good, but rinsed and safe is better.

Liked: My wife & I arrived a little after 3. When I went in to check in I asked the clerk for a first floor room because we had a hard time with stairs.She put us in a second floor smoking room. I told the clerk I couldn't I was allergic to cigarette smoke. She would not give us a different room.At 72 and had just driven for 11 hours I thought I had to accept the room. My wife and I climbed the stairs and made it to the room. When we entered the cigarette smell was so thick my wife knew I wouldn't be able to sleep in there.My wife called the desk to complain at which time I told her to tell the clerk we were cancelling our reservation.At this point the clerk found us a first floor room. As we both struggled to climb down the stairs we relocated to room 114 which we have stayed in on other trips.
