Don't stay downstairs / rear...

Liked: Proximity to where we needed to go. Staff was great.
Disliked: We had an efficiency suite that was in poor repair with not a lot of care in cleaning. It looked nothing like the pictures of the room. The hallway to the room had baseboard trim ripped off the walls and hanging loose. Felt like we were walking through a hallway about 10 years overdue for renovations. Note that this was all at the back of the building on the lowest level. The main floor looked a lot better.

Liked: they did not serve breakfast at all for 4 days that we’re there
Disliked: Hotel needs to be renovated . Everything is cracking, ceiling looks so bad. It was dusty everywhere

Liked: Thanks a million times to the receptionist that helped us get through a difficult when we lost the keys of our car! Thanks again and I look forward to come back to this place. The hotel is very confortable and clean, I can only recommend if you travel through Dalhousie

Did not enjoy my stay....

Disliked: The room was clearly not well maintained. There was random food in the fridge (half a lemon and a container of random soup), everything was dusty including the cabinets and nightstand, I kept having to adjust the a/c because it just wouldn't turn on when the room got warm, there was obvious fingerprints on the furniture, and the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed ever. The room in general looked ok but there was no attention to detail with the cleaning whatsoever. For the money it could've been so much better.

Great place to stay for...

Liked: Jason was fantastic from the second we walked in! it was very clean. it's been updated. And the perfect location in perfect parking spot right outside our door.
Disliked: The pull out couch was not so comfortable. The bedrooms were fantastic. the bathroom was great but the pullout could be better, I think quite old and probably recommend softer sheets or thicker sheets for cooler nights on the bedding.we stayed in the queen suite which is two queen size beds in a separate bedroom and living room full kitchen which was fantastic! very very helpful if you're staying there longer than a couple of nights and you can stock up and save money with buying your own groceries and cooking yourself.
