The front desk lady was very nice and we loved our room. We will definitely come back to stay with you!

Disliked: Hello. We already stay in the hotel. But the night was so bad. The bathroom was dirty and the room had cockroackes. The room smells so bad and horrible. The bed sheets were dirty and with hair. We need a refund of my money. The experience was horrible. I asked for a solution to the frond desk but the hotel was full and they couldn’t give me a solution

Liked: Staff is excellent the rooms were redone recently and they're lovely
Disliked: We were about to have a hurricane Helene. they have no protocol for that additionally the property was going to flood they will not refund the night I couldn't stay there. Duke Energy pulled their crews out. Unacceptable. Dangerous. I have no problem paying for the night I did stay there on Wednesday I don't want to pay for Thursday when I was unable to because of safety reasons. Have asked the manager for my money back and he has denied its twice.
