Liked: Room very open good
Disliked: no towels when we got there, tryed to call front desk no phone connections, door very hard to get in with key. I am disabled so a elevator would of been nice but it didnt work so three flights of stairs was hard.

Liked: Everything. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My stay was peaceful, comfortable and pleasant.

Disliked: It was runned down and smelt like smoke the floors where bad

Liked: Room was clean and modern. The inside wasn't as bad as the outside would let you believe
Disliked: Air quality was awful, there was an overwhelming mildew smell throughout. Smell in the room was so strong that it woke me up. Stairs to the room were sketchy. Guy at front desk assigned a bad room because it was booked with booking.com instead of directly with the hotel.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and attentive.
Disliked: A waffle iron was needed for complimentary breakfast.
