Very good accommodation at at a reasonable price. Excellent location to attend events at the Concord Pavilion - inexpensive Uber ride. I just loved how warm and welcoming the staff(owners?) were. Will always book there moving forward.

Liked: I was told to call the office and they would bring my food up to me that didn't happen and then they told me to get it myself.
Disliked: I booked a spa room and didn't get the room I paid for the pool was not heated but said to be accessible. And to top it off my TV remote did not change the channels and my room was not changed like I was told it would be so I left and the remaining 2 night was non refundable he told me he would and refused to booking. He was not standing with integrity. 600.00 for 4 night and I only stayed 2. And was not happy about the TV not working for my 9 yr old son. He asked if I had my son up for adoption and told me personal information about his son getting a divorce and his wife won't a 4.7 million dollars in a settlement. Then asked about my son being for adoption. My son cried for 30 mins. Thinking I didn't love him. Our night was ruined and so was our happiness. By far the worst stay ever we left behind this and was not happy about not getting a full refund for the last 2 days as he assured me he would. I asked booking to refund me for the full 4 days for the misshap still no refund and a lost of 600.00 he kept the security deposit for me leaving early . For the sake of my sons respect
