Liked: Room was nice
Disliked: Didn't clean the room and give clean towels. Wasn't much of a Breakfast, everything was empty in the middle of Breakfast hours.

Liked: Good location,bed was comfortable,bathroom was very nice
Disliked: Dirty sticky stuff on nightstands,outlets broken, sheets were clean but stained, staff lacked professionalism

Liked: The room appearance was clean. When pulled the shower curtains back, roaches were on the floor. So could not enjoy our stay because of roaches.
Disliked: This facility had roaches.

Liked: The room was clean. They offered breakfast but my son wasn't interested.
Disliked: From the entrance, hallways and overall appearance of the hotel needs to be updated.

Disappointing

Liked: Was convenient
Disliked: I was very disappointed with trying to secure a late check out. I requested online a late checkout, which was an additional $40 which I didn’t mind paying. My request was always pending, never accepted or denied. I also made the request via text when I received a text message from the hotel telling me to text if I need anything, that was ignored. Then the man on duty called my room around 12:30pm asking why I hadn’t checked out. I explained I had asked for a late checkout. He proceeded to tell me there was no record of this on line or via text. So I left. We are here for a sports tournament which doesn’t start until 5pm tonight. Very disappointed in that my request was never acknowledged and the manager on duty saw no record of it, and in turn was rude. Probably will not stay at a days inn in the future.
