It sufficed

Liked: Affordable rate, near shopping and restaurants, 40 min walk to the Alerus Center and UND.
Disliked: In need of an update. Room was clean but worn down

Liked: The young lady in the morning shift was exceptional
Disliked: The hotel had bad smell like dog urine, the room wasn't clean the ice in the refrigerator was so thick it wouldn't close
