Very disappointed- dirty, cockroaches and...

Liked: The staff were kind.
Disliked: Over priced, not up to date, poor cleaning job, marks on walls, fingered up refrigerator, white residue on the bed skirt, strange smell, cockroaches, phone did not work, strange hole in the shower, the shower did not drain well. No pin/paper or bible and the pool looked to be running but said out of order. The breakfast was horrible, coffee sucked, plus they were out of cream cheese for the bagels.

Terrible management behavior and attitude

Disliked: The manager was extremely rude and uncommunicative very hard to have a decent conversation with ,staff told me my reservation was completely cancelled free of charge and now they are trying to charge me because she didn't know her staff was giving out permissions she not supposed to even told me the manager would ok it in the am and then never heard back until two days later about my reservation only to find out the manager is now refusing to not charge me for a room I didn't stay at -there was no notice posted the pool was out of order I booked solely for the pool ,wouldn't ur main goal to be to accommodate your guest ? I would never return there recommend or anything with that hotel ever again ,ridiculous behavior ,maybe the staff shouldn't be giving out permission to third party companies if you don't allow that

Older hotel but clean and...

Liked: I have stayed here many times with working in STL but live up north. You can tell the hotel is older but they have made some updates to the rooms and it has always been clean. I have never ran into a grumpy employee. They have always been nice and professional.
Disliked: The pool is out at the moment. But that is it. They are working on getting a new heater for it.
