Disappointed

Liked: There was a medium hole in the shower wall. Have pervert vibes. You could either have a lamp or a mini fridge but not both. The safe did not work. There was hair in our sink. The staff was rude. I left early and they wouldn't refund me for the early check out.

Disliked: The floors were disgusting. They felt like 1k feet has been walking on them for a decade. The pool was out of order. The elevators took forever.

Not Happy at all very...

Liked: I would not even classify what they had as a breakfast. Oatmeal packets, toast and bagels, dry cereal, and yogurt. Seating was only available for 12 people.
Disliked: Very little options at breakfast nothing but breads basically. The pool was closed and has been closed for about 6 months, with no mention of this in any communications with them. The front desk clerk was quite rude when i asked about the pool, she stated it is on the website and pulls up a screen shot of the closure on her phone, as I looked on my phone I could not find any information of the pool being closed. We had booked two rooms because of the amount of people that were planning on coming, then at the last minute some family had to not attend. They were were unwilling to try to help alleviate the situation. A room with two beds had only two bath towels when asking for additional ones it was like a huge inconvenience to them. We have an event in that town every year, I WILL not book at the DAYS INN ever again.

Disliked: Pool was broke, front desk lady was a pain, no water pressure, no hot water, smelled like weed everywhere, the rest of the place stunk, breakfast was a joke!
