Disliked: a long strain of hair was in the tub and a big roach crawled across the floor. I was expecting a more variety for breakfast items which was the main reason why I selected the hotel. No juice and the coffee machine malfunctioned.

Liked: Cleanliness, friendly staff and TV channel line up . Also the bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: Safety is a big concern, their was kids walking around asking me for cigarettes every time I opymy room door. And they kept walking around by my room constantly. Security is a must at this property for sure.

Liked: The fact that I could get it at a reasonable price.
Disliked: No fitness room as advertised. No wash room as advertised. The fact that I've been here for a month and now their tryna charge me a pet fee when I have proof that they didn't have a pet fee posted in there front office until they noticed guest with pets.

Disliked: The showers didn't work it was broken. There was a lot of noise outside the room and it was just dirty.

Liked: Housekeepers were nice
Disliked: They didn't have many options at their complementary breakfast,then tried to charge me a pet fee. The fitness center didn't work neither did the washer machines that were on the property.
