Disliked: My request was to have a handicap wheelchair accessible room. The bed was at a handicap level which is good. The rolling in shower did not have shower head with hose and the shower chair was not part of the shower but a portable shower stool. My husband is in a wheelchair and he was exiting to meet me at the front door with the van for our departure the man at the front desk didn’t help him by opening the door instead he was on the phone just watching us. I don’t believe he was on a business call due to he was standing at the window with phone on his ear. I was disappointed with the lack of compassion. When I asked for extra towels their remark was “Two towels each are on the room” I said yes, but I’d like 2 more. He was hesitant in letting me have them, but he did give it to me.
