Unprofessional Uneducated staff

Liked: The location was good for the purpose of our visit.
Disliked: The fact that I received a text message advising me to check in, I did so & my card was charged which was fine. When I arrived at the hotel, they asked for my ID & card to verify, they charged my card a 2nd time! The Night clerk was rude & telling me to call my bank or booking.com to dispute!! It was late so I just asked for the room key & decided to speak to someone the next morning. That next morning, the clerk explained that one of the charges should drop off in 5-7 business days!! BUT WHY? IT NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE IN THE FIRST PLACE!! Also, in the morning there was a worm crawling in the bathroom & one crawling in front of the bathroom door!

Liked: It had walls.
Disliked: The top cover was dirty, and the bathtub had soap scum and pubic hair from previous room attendant.

Liked: A place to sleep
Disliked: You had to pay $100 deposit, and it took a week to have it returned. The bed was not comfortable and no breakfast after the website said there was a breakfast.
