It was nasty.

Liked: First thing the latch on the door would not stay. 2.when we got up the next morning I took the sheets off the bed like I always do and the mattresses was nasty and had hair on it. 3. We went to the breakfast and my daughter went to make a waffle and the syrup in the bowl was stuck in the bottom where was was open don’t know how long it had been like that I went to the front desk and ask if they had any more syrup they said no they don’t. So I was not too pleased with my stay there. I even showed the pic to the front desk about the beds and door and he said he would have hys manger call me well NO one called so I called and said they would have someone give me a call back again NO one called back. Please don’t stay here and the bad thing is they just open not too long ago.

Nice facilities, hit or miss...

Liked: We were up and going well before breakfast which is why we needed a working refrigerator. Ours was not cold when we got there but after waiting more than 24 hours it did get cold... not sure if it was actually looked at after requested or it was just better later.
Disliked: Very frustrated that we did not have any housekeeping until I complained about it. Our 3rd night we had to go to lobby after 10pm to get towels, toilet paper and coffee fixings... When I called during the day on day 3 to check and make sure we had,had house keeping the girl who answered said... she had no idea if we had had our room cleaned that was not her department... I have managed hotels... I know it would have just taken a moment if her time to look that up... and lord forbid if she wanted to be helpful she could have said something to the effect... If you havent , I'll make sure you have some towels... The bearded gentleman who checked us in and gave us towels late night was very nice and helpful... probably stemmed my need to complain further... as a manager I would definitely address the other person's attitude... she needs to learn she is in a hospitality occupation...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Several offerings, which was nice. Room was good for the rate. No issues with the property.
Disliked: I had issues with checking out a day early. Booking.com and Days Inn did not communicate will with me, and guess who lost out on that deal,..me.
