Our room was flooded in...

Disliked: While our stay started off fine, around 11 p.m., as we were trying to sleep, we noticed that the floor was completely flooded with water. The water had surrounded both of our beds and even reached some of our personal belongings.We immediately contacted the front desk, and they instructed us to move to another room upstairs. Nevertheless, our personal belongings were exposed to the water, this includes our bags, clothes, and shoes. While we were fortunate that none of our electronics were damaged, the majority of our clothes, which we had planned to wear, became soaked. Upon further inspection, we also discovered lasting stains on several of our personal items due to the water damage.
