Disliked: Ice machine out of order. Continental breakfast was oranges and apples no water. Noisy. Bathtub waa disgusting. Alarm clock didn't work. No elevator for 2nd floor. Bugs and lizards everywhere.

Liked: Room, breakfast and bed was a very good experience.
Disliked: Maybe find to work with you on giving special care to guests with car service (shuttle service). Hotel recommendation Universal Car Service but although we are so close to Airport - he charged me $35.00 each way. I feel he is shafting the guests. Also was over a 1/2 hour late.
