Liked: Room, breakfast and bed was a very good experience.
Disliked: Maybe find to work with you on giving special care to guests with car service (shuttle service). Hotel recommendation Universal Car Service but although we are so close to Airport - he charged me $35.00 each way. I feel he is shafting the guests. Also was over a 1/2 hour late.

Disgusting and horrible wish I...

Disliked: The shower bottom was literally brown like it’s never been cleaned, there were small roaches coming out of the bathroom sink at night, the ceiling in the shower was rotting from moisture, there were STICKY spots on the carpet, I found old jewelry and a piece of steak near the bottom of the bed. Not my jewelry or steak which is disgusting. The key card stopped working on day two and the old guy working up front was a total tool. I nicely told him my key card wasn’t working and he said “well maybe it’s your electric personality” which I blew off as him being cranky but then he spoke to two other women with a key card problem the same way. Treated a gentleman behind us in line with respect. Had to get our key card reset 3 times that second day and each time he had a rude comment to me, sent my boyfriend to deal with it and all of a sudden he was polite and nice. That’s when I realize the guy was a misogynistic ass. Instead of offering a solution when I asked him to get me new cards instead of resetting mine for a 3rd time he told me “I can cancel your room.” When I said I didn’t want that I just wanted to be able to access MY personal property which was in the room he told me to “there’s nothing I can do but let you in manually” i’ve stayed in four locations of this hotel and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. It will definitely influence me staying at any days inn in the future.
